Should get to you next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday we do not dispatch on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays
In the unlightly event that delivery is not attempted we will give you a refund for the difference between standard delivery and Guaranteed next day delivery

We use DHL, Fastway couriers and Royalmail special delivery for our next day delivery courier service any items over 1.2kg will be sent by fastway couriers
If you select standard delivery and need your ordered items for a certain date please let us know and we will make sure you have your item by the date required or we will notify you by email if we cannot get your goods to you by the date required.
We use first class recorded delivery and fastway Couriers which will normally arrive in one to five working days however on occasions it can take a little longer.

How to Return an Item or Order
We strive to offer the best possible services and the best quality products and hope that all our products arrive in perfect condition. before returning any item to us so your refund is issued correctly. For reasons of hygiene, personal products, wigs, teeth etc cannot be returned Exchange/Replace Items

We are very sorry but we are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original is returned to us in its original condition. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back as soon as possible for a refund (within 7 days). Items returned outside of the seven days will not be refunded

Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, you should return the item to us together with a note and your invoice, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. We have a very strict dispatch system where items are photographed and catalogued as they are received by us from the warehouse. We reserved the right to produce this evidence in the event of any dispute as to the cause of the fault. We accept no liability for faulty items once the item has been worn by you.

The costume has not been worn (apart from to try it on to see it if fits)

It is in its original packaging which is not damaged,
Any belts, stockings or accessories have not been taken out of there packs if sealed

We are able to accept the return of all items apart form personal goods detailed below. subject to them being in their original condition with all tags/tickets intact on costumes. If you return goods as detailed, within 7 days of you receiving them, we issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or items less postage and packing which is not refundable. Wigs,Teeth, tight stockings and goods in sealed bags will not be returnable if the bags are opened or seals broken
